Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.”
Galatians 5:19-21
These 2 verses were the breakthrough for us. Complete honesty, and let me tell you it was ugly and it hurt both us hearing all the things we done but the feeling of freeness when it was all out there. The freedom outweighed the hurt and that was finally the start of our healing. This was my (Ashley’s) first time hearing God speak to me. God told me,“I’ve got him” referring to her husband.
Knowing the Bible clearly says drunkards and adulterers etc. will NOT inherit the kingdom of heaven scared us both, we knew we had to clean things up and become the man and woman God created us to be or we may be in the fiery pits of Hell.
